Hillcrest Educational Centers is looking for Overnight Youth Development Professionals to provide safety, structure, and support to children and adolescents in our residential programs.

THE DETAILS:

Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

$22.00–$25.25/hour
Based on highest level of education and applicable experience

PLUS shift differentials of $0.50 or $2.50/hour

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Overnight Youth Development Professional, you will:

• Maintain the safety, security, and well-being of students in your assigned area.
• Provide supervision and support throughout the overnight hours.
• Help students develop coping skills and make thoughtful, positive choices.
• Guide students in understanding the impact of their decisions and actions.
• Participate as a member of the Treatment Team to provide consistent care and support.
• Build positive relationships with students who may have experienced significant challenges in previous placements.

Highpoint – Lenox, MA

Located on 24 beautiful acres, Highpoint is a trauma-informed residential treatment program serving males ages 11–21 with a variety of high-risk behaviors and mental health needs.

Autism Spectrum Disorder Residential Program – Lenox, MA

Our ASD Residential Program provides specialized day and intensive residential treatment services for children and adolescents across the autism spectrum.
