This is a full time position Monday through Friday, with weekends off.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional (Teacher Assistant) to assist teachers and provide essential support to students in our classrooms.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with children individually and in small groups, assisting them with reading, writing, math, spelling, art, and other exciting educational activities. You will help create a positive and nurturing environment, leading and supervising a variety of developmentally appropriate activities under the guidance of our experienced teachers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering individualized and group instruction across subjects such as reading, writing, math, spelling, and art.
- Work closely with students to ensure their understanding and progress.
- Lead and supervise activities that engage children in learning.
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
- Collaborate with the teacher to monitor student progress and provide feedback.

YOUR COMPENSATION: $21.00/hr to start with no experience or higher education
- Starting Salary: $21.00/hr (earn more with experience and degree)
- Raise when passing the Para Pro Assessment: $1040
- Career Ladder Raise to Step 2 as early as 6 months: $1040
- Continue with your Career Ladder to Step 3 and 4: $1560 for each step
- Raise when obtaining your Registered Behavior Technician credential in-house with us: $3120
- Referral Bonus: $1500 for every full-time referral who gets hired
High School Diploma or equivalent accepted with relevant experience. A Bachelor's Degree preferred.
