We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Worker (Youth Development Professional) to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of all students. You will have the opportunity to support students in developing inner control through effective decision-making and choice facilitation. As part of a multidisciplinary treatment team, you will collaborate to create a positive and supportive environment for student growth.

Hourly Rate: $21/hr to $24/hr.

Full-Time and Part-Time options are available! Make your own schedule!

Multiple work sites are available: Pittsfield, Lenox and Great Barrington, MA.

• Two weeks of paid orientation provided to prepare you to begin your new role
• Learn about the mission and culture of our organization
• Listen to program leaders and staff as they share their experiences
• Hear from a student panel about their challenges and successes
• Get certified in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention
• Get certified in 1st Aid and CPR
• Spend a day doing a guided observation

Bachelors Degree. Experience in the field preferred.
