Requirements:

Five years post Master’s in a relevant field/position;

Previous experience in individual and group therapy working with children and adolescents preferred.

Licenses or Certification: Independently licensed LICSW, LMHC, or PhD;

This position requires an ability to travel a short distance between campuses;

Join our dedicated clinical team where you will be responsible for:

  • Supervision of agency's clinicians;
  • Crisis support, including attending special and emergency team meetings, and tracking and accountability of requirements on the campuses;
  • Attend campus meetings to keep up-to-date with task requirements, including diagnostic meetings, psych reviews, team meetings as needed; facilitate group therapy;
  • Approve compliance tasks; complete tasks required for crisis and campus transfers;
  • Provide trainings for clinical department and agency;
  • Review and approve family fund requests and coordination of family initiatives;
  • Coordinate with the program managers to guarantee success of the program;
