Brookside ITU is a unique residential program specializing in the treatment of girls. Students come here with diverse backgrounds and histories, but all are here to work on correcting problematic behaviors and learning new skills that will eventually help them return safely to the community.

Job Description:

Ensures the safety, security and well-being of all students in the assigned area; seek opportunities to teach and facilitate growth of inner control through choices and decision making; function as member of the Treatment team (though not making decisions or representations pertaining to treatment issues, discharge planning or post-discharge arrangements).

YOUR COMPENSATION: $21.00 to $24.00/hr to start!

WE PROVIDE TRAINING TO PREPARE YOU FOR YOUR NEW ROLE

• Two weeks of paid orientation provided to prepare you to begin your new role
• Learn about the mission and culture of our organization
• Listen to program leaders and staff as they share their experiences
• Hear from a student panel about their challenges and successes
• Get certified in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention
• Get certified in 1st Aid and CPR
• Spend a day doing a guided observation
