As a Custodian, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and order of our facilities. Your efforts help create a positive environment for everyone who walks through our doors. Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Experience:
3-5 years of custodial, buildings and grounds experience.
Licenses or Certification:
Must have a valid clean driver's license.
All applicants must pass the background check
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Pay range: $22.42/hr - $25.18/hr

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for upkeep of the buildings and grounds including but not limited to lawn maintenance, snow removal and general maintenance repairs.
- Perform cleaning tasks such as carpet extraction, floor maintenance, sweeping, vacuuming; cleans and sanitizes restrooms and replenishes supplies, empties trash and recyclables.
- Execute minor semi-skilled building maintenance and repairs such as painting, light carpentry and other unlicensed trades work.
- Organize and maintain appropriate inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies; may move office furniture, cabinets and other equipment.
- Accountable for upkeep, maintenance, and inspections of rentals.
- Computer literate, navigate email and work request system.
- Willing to work at other locations and must be available for non scheduled work hours as needed.
