Hillcrest Dental Care is seeking an experienced Director of Dental Operations to lead our dynamic, mission-driven practice. As part of our senior leadership team, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive growth, ensure compliance, and champion high-quality, patient-centered care.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support dentists, hygienists, assistants, and business staff.

• Oversee budgets, operations, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Drive patient growth through strategic planning, marketing, and community outreach.

• Ensure smooth, high-quality, and compassionate care delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a busy, multi-faceted dental practice.

• Proven success growing patient base and expanding services.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience with DPH licensing and compliance (Dentrix a plus).

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
