Hillcrest Educational Centers - a premier human service organization with more than 40 years of experience - is seeking a Supervisor on the Academic Shift for a Residential Program - Brookside ITU that helps girls ages 6–21 who have serious emotional and behavior challenges.

Brookside ITU is a safe place where students can stabilize and receive a full evaluation from a team of professionals. Each student is different, so we create a personalized plan based on their unique needs and strengths. With small classes, more staff support, and fewer students per clinician, we’re able to give each child the attention they need.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Pay range: $25.00-$28.25/hr.

Educational Requirements:

High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:

At least 2 years of successful experience in a supervisory position at a Residential Program that serves similar population required.

Licenses or Certification:

Valid Driver's License. Clean driving record is required to become a Hillcrest Driver.

Position Description:

Ensure supervision and care of students through the assignment of child care workers; monitor, through ongoing and regular supervision, staff interactions with students to ensure that treatment is safe, humane and in accordance with each student’s IEP/CTP; share responsibility with the training department for ensuring that all direct care staff are appropriately trained, according to all requirements; maintain contact with other departments, with parents, families and outside agencies; initiate disciplinary action when necessary; act as Administrator on Duty in the absence of the administrator.
